VASH Mission Statement:

The mission of VA Puget Sound's Community Housing and Outreach Services (CHOS) is to prevent and end homelessness among veterans. This will be achieved through outreach, assessment, case management, community partnerships, and placement in transitional and permanent housing.

The VASH residents are always in need of bus passes, Safeway gift cards, kitchen supplies (i.e., dish soap, tall trash bags, sponges & scrubbing pads) and bathroom supplies (i.e., Clorox wipes, bathroom cleaner, toilet paper). Please deliver your donations to the American Lake VAVS office Building #148 or drop them off at Post# 1 to be delivered to VASH.

American Lake VASH Christmas—24 Veteran families received $25 gift cards from the Ladies Auxiliary to purchase ham also (24) Christmas side dishes—Thank you to all of the donators who made this possible!

Need Volunteers: Volunteer bakers or donated baked goods needed for Auxiliary fundraisers.
