We will have our 1st nominations for elected officers that will be accepted at the business meeting on Mar. 12th. Prerequisite for the 8-9 elected auxiliary officers: Must be a member in good standing who attended 50% of all business meetings; one-year preceding elections May 2025 to April 2026. Additionally, 1-7 officers & chairpersons shall be appointed by the President-elect.

 

These are the following officer positions: Auxiliary #1 President; First Vice President; Second Vice President; Third Vice President; Treasurer; Secretary; Chaplain; Sergeant-At-Arms. If you are interested and want to learn more about the positions, we will provide information at our Mar. 12th Auxiliary meeting at 6:30PM in the hall.

 

Please read and take note that our officer elections are coming up. WE NEED YOU to step up and take a role in running and supporting the Ladies Auxiliary as we have at least five officers in RED stepping down after this term in April. If no one steps up for the five positions, there will be no Ladies Auxiliary for Post #1. Please let us know if you have interest.

 

Wednesday—Volunteer bakers or donated baked goods needed for Auxiliary fundraisers.
